It Is Now Law!
Since the introduction of WAHR (Working At Height Regulations) on the 6th of April 2005, it has become a legal requirement for employers to provide adequate Health and Safety training for their employees. Failure of an employer to provide adequate training can make them liable to prosecution, including heavy fines and even imprisonment. For more information contact Active Safety on 01698 281190
