It is a legal requirement for all machines to have:
- Thorough examinations (6 monthly)
- Intermediate inspections (Pre Delivery Inspection)
- Daily checks (Pre use checks)
Active Rentals subject all equipment that we hire to a strict inspection programme, which is fulfilled by our experienced engineers.
At Active Rentals every Machine in our hire fleet undergoes a Thorough Examination by our own CAP certified engineers to a strict 6 month schedule.
Active Rentals have a stringent planned maintenance policy, which has a dual purpose, the first is to insure that the machine at all times runs to the best of its capabilities and are safe and efficient for our customers, but secondly the maintenance policy prolongs the useful life of the machine and helps retain its value. We have found that our maintenance policy exceeds the manufacturers specifications.
Most importantly, at Active Rentals every machine has to meet the high standards as set out by our Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI). This has to be completed before the machine is authorised as available for rent.
